Carla has been a full time real estate professional since 1992. She is licensed in the state of Ohio and is a member of the REALTOR organization. She co-founded Redesign Realty, LLC and Redesign to Sell, LLC in 2004. Since that time she has worked hard to develop a new business model that is redesigning the status quo of local real estate services.
Carla believes strongly in helping her clients make good decisions by giving them the information and guidance they need. "Many times, agents are more interested in getting the listing than they are in advising the homeowner on proper pricing and what needs to be done to compete in a tough real estate market." Ms. Seely says. "They are afraid to insult the seller by telling them the truth. This may hurt the homeowner's ability to sell their home." Carla is experienced in advising the homeowner about proper pricing and as an accredited R2R, ready to redesign agent, she will devise a plan that will make the homeowner successful.
